The Vision Sprint
Thirteen weeks. One leader. A completely new way to see.
Private 1:1 coaching for the executive who can't show uncertainty to anyone. No boardroom politics. No team dynamics. Just you and the question: What are you not seeing?
You can't show doubt to anyone. But you feel it.
You're the one people look to for answers. The CEO, the founder, the leader who's supposed to have it figured out.
But there's a problem you've been circling for months. Maybe years. You've thought about it from every angle you know. You've run the numbers. You've talked to advisors. You're still stuck.
The problem isn't that you don't have enough information. The problem is that you're seeing it from the same angle you've always seen it.
The fastest way to change your situation is to change how you see it.

Thirteen weeks. Weekly sessions. Real change.
Vision Sprint is a 13-week 1:1 coaching engagement built around one idea: you don't need more advice. You need a new lens.
Each week we meet — virtually — and work on one or two live challenges you're facing. I bring the Intentional Focus framework and 40 years of seeing differently. You bring the stuck problems.
What happens in a session?
We take a problem you've been circling
I force you to see it from angles you haven't considered
You leave with a specific shift — not advice, but a new way to frame the question
What happens between sessions?
Weekly field assignments using your phone/camera
You're not just photographing what's in front of you. You're practicing how you frame it — the same habit you bring to every decision.
The images become a mirror for patterns you didn't know you had

This is not for every executive.
Vision Sprint is for senior leaders with real responsibility — CEOs, founders, presidents, division heads. You're at a company with 50–500 employees and significant complexity.
You're Likely
Feeling the weight of decisions you can't discuss with your team
Stuck on a problem you've been circling for months
Curious enough to pick up a camera and see what happens
What you don't need
You don't need to be "a creative"
You don't need photography experience
You don't need to share anything you're not ready to share
What you do need
Curiosity
A willingness to be uncomfortable
The ability to show up for 13 weeks

What changes.
From isolated to clear
You have a place to think out loud with someone who has no agenda for your answer.
From circling to breaking through
Problems that looked like dead ends suddenly have multiple paths.
From reactive to observant
You stop responding to the loudest problem and start noticing the one that matters.
From "I should have seen that" to "now I see it everywhere."
The shift doesn't just solve one problem — it changes how you approach every decision after.
What it costs.
The investment is $24,000 for the 13-week Sprint, limited to three executives at a time.
Payment: three installments of $8,000, or $24,000 in full.
What's not included
- In-person field sessions — available by request. If you'd like to shoot a weekly assignment together in person, that's a separate booking covering travel and my time.
- Fine-art prints of my work, and professional printing and framing of your Master Frame, are available separately.
What's included
- A one-page map before we begin, naming the problem this Sprint is for
- 13 weekly private sessions - virtual
- Customized field assignment each week, sized to about an hour
- Written notes from me on every set of your images, the day before we meet
- Image reviews as a mirror for decision patterns
- Your Master Frame: a portfolio of ten
photographs you choose from your own work. The receipt that you learned to see differently.
- Your Directive: one page, in your own words, of what you now see and what you’ll do about it. Keep it private or share it with your team.
- A 90-Day Audit: we meet again ninety days later to see what held
Your Privacy
Everything you share stays between us. No recordings. If your company pays, it receives an invoice and nothing else: not what we discuss, not your images, not your Directive.

This works both ways.
Not every leader is ready for this work. It requires curiosity, not just authority. If I don't think the fit is right, I'll say so directly.
This is a two-way conversation. You're deciding if this approach fits your situation. I'm deciding if I can genuinely help.
If the fit isn't there, I'll point you toward something that is.

What are you not seeing?
You've been circling this problem for months. Maybe longer. You've thought about it from every angle you know.
Maybe the angle is exactly the problem. Or maybe it's what you're not actually seeing once you get there — the lines, the shapes, or the motion, not just the "tree".
Thirteen weeks. One-on-one. No boardroom politics. Just you and a new way to see.
